Sponsorship Opportunities

All Presenting and Event Sponsorship’s levels are active for a full 12 months and are featured at all foundation events held during contractual year agreement.  Sponsorship’s are limited in that Presenting Sponsorship is exclusively limited to one (1).  Event Sponsors are limited to four (4).  Presenting Sponsorship is $5,000 for 12 months of marketing exposure which includes, print, website, social media, community events and additional foundation activities.  Event Sponsorship is $2,500. For 2015-2016, the foundation will be hosting one major fundraising activity event which is an annual gala and one private reception.

6 SEF PURPLE POLO SHIRTS

The 2017 “Under the Big Top” Gala is set for Saturday, March 4, 2017. This is the Foundation’s ONE SIGNATURE EVENT bringing over 325 attendees together for one night acknowledging donors, grant recipients, teachers and administrators in celebrating classroom success raising necessary funds for foundation programs. 

The HULING RECEPTION is private donor event scheduled for Monday, April 24, 2017. This private event is held in honor of Legacy donors who have established an Endowment, are a Fellows or who have participated as an Annual Donor at a $500.00 level or higher. Presenting Sponsor will receive 6 tickets to reception with Event Sponsors receiving 4 tickets.  Marketing will consist of sponsorship banners prominently displayed.  Sponsors business logos featured in invitation design with Invitations  mailed in early February as well as inclusion in all post event marketing and newsletters.

SEF GRANT PATROL will be out and about in May of each year awarding STAFF DEVELOPMENT, PROFESSIONAL GROWTH and STUDENT ENRICHMENT GRANT AWARDS along with sponsors and selected supporters.

SEF GRANT AWARDS will be announced at end of the school year school district CONVOCATION on May 30, 2017 with sponsors, selected supporters including but not limited to Instructional Endowment families and representatives.
